Terms of business / trade conditions

Order: You can order by phone, letter or Fax. The first for letters of our artikelnumber represents the name of the producer, the rest is the artikelnumber of the producer. Please advice on all orders and requests you Customer-order-number, your order will be handled quicker.

Prices: All prices valides till 31.12.2003. Printmistakes, soldout and pricechanges are subject of change. All prices include the Mehrwertsteuer amount 16 %.

All deliveries will be handled with the prices at the date of the delivery.

Delivery time: We deliver as soon as possible! As the producer sometimes has longer delivery times, it could be, that we deliver at a later time.As earlier you order, as earlier we deliver. If the producer cuts our oder, it could be, that we have also to cut your order.

Orders: If the artikles can't be delivered at the same time, we prefer, to deliver on parts. Backorders will be delivered with prices at the time of delivery. If we have to cancell we will inform you. Restorders till DM 15,- Euro will be cancelled, if the agreement is not in opposite. Artikles, which should be mailed, can only pick up in our store, if we agee before.

If your order is out from Germany, we will tell you the transport costs in a few days after your order.

Selling in the store: The payment must be done at the time, the artikles will be picked up, in cash or EC-Cash.

Complaint: Complaintments must be annoced by letter during 8 workdays. Changes in case of nonpleasurement is not possible. In case of acceptancerefusement or cancelling of the order, we charge 16 % of the amount of the invoice, but not less 5,- Euro plus freight and packingcosts.

Parcels, not free, will not accepted by us.

Redelivery: Freightcharges for redelivery have to be absorbed by the customer. If the redelivery is a garantee, we credit the actual freightcharges.

Guarantee: Entitled defects will be replaced, if KHM means, it has to be done. We can cancell the contract of sale and give the sellingprice back. The charge of followingdamages are impossible.

Freightcharges: In Germany:per delivery 5,00 Euro per surname add 5,00 Euro deduction of 2 % by bankbooking. Foreign country: only prepayment, plus charge of bankfees, plus freightcharges. We charge the actual cost for bulky goods

Bulky goods: We charge the actual cost for bulky goods

Payment: The delivery will be done per surname or direct charge to your bankaccount. The goods are our own, till they are paid complete.

Other: We take care to the regulations of law for mailselling. Pricechange, error and possibility of delivery are subject of change.

Pictures: We give no garantee, that the pictures are shown on the right good, but we try, to make no mistake.

Legal domicile for both parties is Ahaus.
